Oh Yeah, We're Classy

Today Shellie and I had lunch the way the rich folks do.  We got dressed up all nice, wore our best shoes, best jewlery, most expensive perfume, did our hair perfectly - and dined in pure elegance.  We were proper and stunning and everything was exquisite.

Well, ok, not so much all that stuff.

We wore what we slept in, threw on some flip flops, didn't comb our hair, hadn't quite put on deodorant yet, and went to Lowes to buy $2 polish dogs from the vendor, and then munched on them on the drive home, spilling cheese on the seats. 

And that, my friends, is how we live it up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

Jealous?

*UPDATE*

For dinner, we went to an arena football game and had popcorn and greasy pizza.

Not only are we classy broads, we have ONLY our health on our minds.

I love that you say you went to Lowes for hot dogs and I know exactly what you're talking about. As if it makes perfect sense to go to a home improvement megamart for dining.

Kristen - nope. We actually made the trip ONLY for the hot dogs. We didn't even go in the store. Dave - so we can have polish dogs from a vendor in Dallas? Michelle - that comment made me snort. Haha! Karl - heck yeah! They were DELICIOUS. Megsy - next time I see you, I'm taking you out for a lovely hot dog dinner at Lowes, then! I MISS YOU, girrrrrrrrl.

Funny, our Lowe's up here has had hot dogs in the parking lot for the past few weeks, too. But ours were free. :P No beer with these 'meals' - what's the world coming to?
