Actually, I think #5 is a pretty useful wish anytime you see ANY of Nic Cage's movies.....

What kind of theater did you go to? I'd avoid any that have to hose down the seats for cleanup. Holy-moly! Really odd choice for a movie, sis - it MUST be love to suffer thru that. heehee

Wow, that bad, huh? And Dave loved it. I'm torn now.

I'll take your word for it and stay home!

I saw it this weekend too, and I can't emphasize this enough to people who haven't: IT IS A PILE OF TRASH. I went in expecting crap and I was not disappointed. If you have any respect at all for film as an art form, or even as legitimate entertainment, for the love of God avoid this movie. It will make you weep for what has become of our culture.

I guess you have to love the comics, the actor and cheesy, B-rate films. Thankfully, I've a taste for all three. Sorry you didn't enjoy it.

and could you possibly tell me why, when I preview my comment: my name remains the same; web-page, too; my email addy mysteriously changes from... well, mine, to "tr**per(edited for privacy)ma**ie@aol.com" and does this happen for eveyone who wants to check his/her work before turning it in, or just me?

You should have seen Music and Lyrics instead. I loved it.

It's a shame about Nicolas Cage - a deep and profound shame. So much promise in Valley Girl. So much promise in Wild at Heart. Now? Balding, and corny, and clinging to his bad-boy image like the worst mid-life crisis case. Bad combo. Baaaad combo.
