I didn't even consider the wedding pictures and stuff. I'll want to show that off! :)

So maybe instead of taking it ALL down, I'll just not blog for awhile and see if anything comes up. (I hate to say you're right...whoever all said I wouldn't leave for good.) 

I still have nothing to say because my life right now is work and laundry and trying to get my dog to stop peeing on the floor.  But at least here are some pictures I took today of where we're getting married.  I'm SO freaking excited!

(By the way, we just found out today that Tango's parents have decided to pay for the place. WOOOT!  That's $2000 saved, baby!)

Well, I do believe that, after almost 2 years, Taste The World has run its course.

I've been bored with blogging (or, how it really is, strugging for stuff to come up with for blogging) for awhile now, but just thought I was in a slump.  But if I'm bored in writing it, everyone else is probably bored in reading it. 

And, ya know...I really AM bored with it.

I'm going to continue reading blogs, but I think this here site is ready to retire.  After much consideration, I decided to take it down.  I will probably still update Tango Cakes once in awhile...but that's it.

I've been trying to figure out how to delete this website and still keep my tastetheworld.org email address.  I got an email from Yahoo today telling me how to do just that (which has, like, 5000 steps).  So as soon as I find time to do that, I'm outta here. 

I'll see you all around the blogosphere, but I wanted to say thank you for all your reading and comments and being the bestest internets around.  I lurve you all.

We got a flyer at church last weekend (yes, I'm still going to church with Mr.Tango. Don't tell Satan...he'll be sooooo pissed!) announcing a Thanksgiving food drive. 

I'm all for helping the needy...and always want to help in a food drive.  ESPECIALLY a holiday food drive.

However...um.  Uhhhhh.  Well?  Here's the complete food list.

• Vienna sausages
• Spam
• Canned tuna
• Deviled ham
• Canned chili
• Canned soup
• Canned ravioli
• Spaghettio's
• Canned chicken
• Macaroni & cheese
• Corned beef hash

Hmmm.

Is it just me?  Is this what YOU have for Thanksgiving?

Remind me to decline any invitiation to join the preacher of this church for the holidays. 

Seriously. 

If you wear your engagement ring and don't take it off...like...ever EVER?   Well, there's a possibility that moisture will get trapped under there and will cause a fungus to start growing under your skin on that finger.

And, like, people who you work in the pharmacy with might start saying you have jock itch on your finger and pointing and laughing because you have A NASTY FREAKING FUNGUS under your ring.

They may also throw around the words "athlete's foot" and "ringworm" just for added fun.

I'm just sayin.  I mean...that's what I've heard.

(I also heard a little cream will kick a fungus' ass within 2 days.)

(And that you should prolly take your ring off once in awhile.)
